LNURL enables Bleskomat's ATM withdrawals by encoding exchange parameters in QR codes. When users scan, their wallet communicates directly with the exchange server to receive the exact satoshi amount, generates a Lightning invoice for that amount, and the server pays it immediately. This eliminates manual invoice creation and collapses a multi-step process into a single QR scan.
