@White Noise Android now can work with 3 external app service providers.

A text to speech service, like the one from @GrapheneOS
A speech to text service, like @Offline Speech to Text
A translator service, like https://github.com/DavidVentura/offline-translator

All three of these work fully offline.

That's what I like about Android, we can build a network of apps that do one thing really well, and then expose those services to other apps.
