Jeremy Rubin organized PlebFi at Bitcoin Miami to teach Sapio, a scripting tool for Bitcoin contracts. Sapio runs mainnet today but needs signing servers to emulate BIP 119 (OP_CTV), unavailable in Bitcoin Core.
